The World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) proudly concludes the 2025 WPA Pan-American Heyball Open, marking a spectacular week of cue sports excellence, international camaraderie, and world-class competition in Lima, Peru.
Hosted at the prestigious Club Regatas, the event brought together top Heyball athletes from across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and beyond — showcasing the global growth and competitive spirit of the sport.
🌟 Champions Crowned

Men’s Champion: 🇬🇧 Stephen Ellis (Wales)
Ellis delivered a commanding performance throughout the week, culminating in a 7–3 victory over 🇵🇰 Arfan Dad (Pakistan) in the final, solidifying his position as the World No. 1 in Men’s Heyball. -
Women’s Champion: 🇧🇪 Wendy Jans (Belgium)
The multiple-time Snooker World Champion and recent Asian Open winner added another crown to her legendary career, defeating 🇹🇭 Waratthanun Sukritthanes (Thailand) 6–2 in the women’s final to complete a dominant back-to-back continental double.
